As a follow-up to our Live Panel Discussion: Migrating from FrameMaker® to Flare webinar presented in April, this next session will take a hands-on look at the steps required to import your FrameMaker® content into Flare.
Over the course of 90 minutes, we will:
- Provide an overview of the migration process
- Cover best practices when preparing FrameMaker® content prior to migration
- Show the import process in Flare
- Discuss what cleanup may be required in Flare after the migration
- Highlight resources available, including the forums and technical support
- Review lessons learned and best practices
Our panel is comprised of Una Cogavin, an experienced FrameMaker® to Flare expert with more than 20 years of experience as a writer, content strategist, and technical communications manager; Denise Kadilak, a former FrameMaker® user and Information Architect / Team Manager at Blackbaud, Inc., with more than 16 years of experience in her profession; and Jose Sermeno, Product Evangelist at MadCap Software with more than 10 years of experience in the software industry.
