In this role, he has the pleasure of showcasing the power and value of MadCap Software's products and services, assisting during the trial, and providing guidance in the on-boarding process. He started in the La Jolla office before relocating to Austin, TX to aid in training the Support team in the Austin office. In addition to spending his time educating potential and existing customers about all things MadCap, Keaton enjoys listening to and making music, fishing, and trying new craft beers.
