She’s also led a MadCap webinar on MadCap’s Analyzer, highlighting its benefits. Denise uses MadCap Flare, MadCap Lingo, and Analyzer, and enjoys exploring tools, like Google Analytics, to enrich documentation focus for the customer. She earned her BA in English from West Texas A&M University and MA in Technical Communication from Texas State University.
