Information 4.0 is a fairly new concept coming out of Europe that tries to define where tech comm may be heading in the next decade. Its characteristics, according to its originators Andy McDonald and Ray Gallon, include molecular, dynamic, ubiquitous, spontaneous, and more.
In this webinar, Neil Perlin reviews what Information 4.0 is and how it derives from the larger Industry 4.0 concept. He’ll take a look at how MadCap Flare fits with Information 4.0, which of its characteristics Flare supports and which it does not, and how to handle the latter in a Flare environment. He’ll then look briefly at examples of implementation issues. Finally, Neil will delve into how authors can prepare for Information 4.0 and how it can drive their profession.
This webinar is adapted from a presentation originally presented during MadWorld 2018.
