Mary Meyers is a Technical Writer at CallMiner, where she is responsible for creating API documentation and for producing self-directed, eLearning courses that teach customers how to use their CallMiner products. Prior to working at CallMiner, she worked at Florida Gulf Coast University as the Writing Center's Program Assistant and as a Writing and Composition professor. Both her current position and her previous roles have given her extensive experience brainstorming, building, and implementing interactive e-learning content in different contexts.

Christina Prosnak is an Associate Technical Writer at CallMiner, where she is responsible for UI and backend documentation and for helping produce self-directed, eLearning courses that teach customers how to use their CallMiner products. Prior to working at CallMiner, she worked at Florida SouthWestern State College and Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) as a Writing and Composition professor and as an FGCU Writing Center consultant. Her previous experience in academia and her current role at CallMiner have given her experience creating engaging and interactive eLearning content.
