Over the past year, Tina has led the charge to implement Micro Content in AdvancedMD's help files.
The process included looking at analytics from Central to determine which information was sought out most and which terms returned no results. She created a Proof of Concept to present to her manager and director that would show them the value micro content could bring to AdvancedMD's clients and was given the green light to start creating micro content and training Tina's team on how to create micro content.
This case study will go over what went into the research, Proof of Concept, and the initial implementation of micro content at AdvancedMD.
