Josh McDougall is an experienced corporate UX designer and MadCap Advanced Developer. While at SHIPNET, he was simultaneously the creative design & documentation lead for new software. He learned MadCap Flare in 2013 to deliver SHIPNET’s requirement for online documentation. In 2017, he planned and executed the migration from tri-pane to a company branded, modified top-nav solution. Additionally, he established the workflow for subject matter experts utilizing MadCap Contributor to follow. Josh has attended MadWorld twice, loves brainstorming with MadCap Platinum support and is proficient with CSS, XML, HTML and the Adobe suite. Josh is currently providing Flare consulting services to businesses, small and large. His focus is on integrating brand identity, tailoring information architecture to each client & designing for the future.
